Die astronomische Uhr am Ulmer Rathaus ist die komplexeste in ganz Süddeutschland, deren Alter nicht eindeutig festlegbar ist (ca. 1520).

Sie ist am Ostgiebel des Ulmer Rathauses angebracht.
Man kann auf ihr außer den Stunden und Minuten, den Stand der Sonne und des Mondes ablesen, aber auch Tag und Monat, die Sternzeichen und Sonnenauf- und -untergang. Eine Sonnen- bzw. Mondfinsternis lässt sich auch ablesen.
