Das Ulmer Münster ist eine im gotischen Stil erbaute Kirche und hat mit einer Turmhöhe von 161,53m den höchsten Kirchturm der Welt.
Die Grundsteinlegung war bereits 1377, die Fertigstellung jedoch erst 1890.

Die Bombardierung im zweiten Weltkrieg überstand es weitgehend unbeschädigt, es gab lediglich einen Einschlag im Dachstuhl ohne größeren Schaden.

The Ulm Minster is a Gothic church. It's famous for its main tower rising 161.53m and thus being the world's highest church tower.
The construction started as early as 1377, was stalled several time eventually completed at the end of the 19th century.
Luckily, it survived the air raids of World War II largely intact. Only one defunct bomb hit the roof without causing major damage.
